Applicant Attraction & Marketing

Brief

Consulting service related to the responsibilities of job, desired objectives, compensation, and preparation of marketing description of the position. Execution of placement of marketing job description on applicable job boards, 30 day review and evaluation of candidate responses to marketing of job.

Requirements

  1. Client must provide access to hiring manage for job description review with vSourceUSA consultant within 24 hours of purchasing service. 

  2. Information regarding client business operation as related to the job should be available via web or PDF.

  3. Review and approval of marketing Job Description within 48 hours of submission.

 

Terms

  1. Submission of marketing Job Description within 48 hours of initial conversation with hiring manager.

  2. Email or Drop Box delivery of up to 1000 resume/applications per job position

  3. Assessment of marketing responses conducted for 25 days from date of placement of marketing job description.

  4. Candidate Response and Assessment report every 5 days for 30-day period from start of sourcing

Sourcing - Active

Brief

Based on job required skills and experience, 30 day search of job boards of candidates actively seeking new opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Client must email job description within 24 hours of start of project.

  2. Based on job description vSourceUSA will provide six (6) point  primary and two (2) preferred criteria of ideal candidate.

  3. Once written approval is received for search parameters vSourceUSA will provide within 48 hours geographic analysis email of available active candidates.

  4. Search parameters are fixed for 30 days.  Optional attributes changes can be made at $100 per criteria change.

  5. Active Search will be conducted within dominant job boards

  6. Vetted resumes will be sent twice a week for 30 days.

Terms

  1. Email of “Search Criteria” based on client provided job description

  2. Email of “Geographic Report” of available active candidates meeting search criteria

  3. Email or Drop Box twice weekly presentation of resumes of candidates meeting search criteria.

  4. Services provided for 30 day period from receipt of payment.

Sourcing - Passive

Brief

Based on job required skills and experience, 30 day search of job boards and business centric portals including LinkedIn,  for candidates possessing experience and skill sets that meet the search criteria for a specific job.

Requirements

  1. Client must email job description within 24 hours of start of project.

  2. Based on job description vSourceUSA will provide six (6) point  primary and two (2) preferred criteria of ideal candidate and submit for approval.

  3. Once written approval is received for search parameters vSourceUSA will provide within 48 hours geographic analysis email of available passive candidates.

  4. Search parameters are fixed for 30 days.  Optional attributes changes can be made at $200 per criteria change.

  5. Passive Search will be conducted within dominant job boards and LinkedIn.

  6. Vetted resumes will be sent twice a week for 30 days.

Terms

  1. Email of “Search Criteria” based on client provided job description.

  2. Email of “Geographic Report” of available passive candidates meeting search criteria.

  3. Email or Drop Box twice weekly presentation of resumes of candidates meeting search criteria.

  4. Services provided for 30 day period from receipt of payment.

Pre-Qualification

Brief

Based on job required skills and experience, 30 day search of job boards and business centric portals including LinkedIn,  candidate are vetted of possessing experience that meet the search criteria for a specific job and are ready, willing and able to interview for a job within the compensation, travel and special skill set parameters

Requirements

  1. Client must email job description within 24 hours of start of project.

  2. Based on job description vSourceUSA will provide eight (8) point  primary and three (3) preferred criteria of ideal candidate and submit for approval.

  3. Once written approval is received for search parameters vSourceUSA will provide within 48 hours geographic analysis email of available qualified candidates.

  4. Search parameters are fixed for 30 days.  Optional attributes changes can be made at $300 per criteria change.

  5. Pre-Qualification will include search conducted within dominant job boards and LinkedIn and verified via email and phone conversation prior to submission for interview consideration.

  6. Vetted resumes will be sent twice a week for 30 days.

Terms

  1. Email of “Search Criteria” based on client provided job description.

  2. Email of “Geographic Report” of available active &passive candidates meeting search criteria.

  3. Follow up email with candidates meeting all qualifications.

  4. Email or Drop Box twice weekly presentation of resumes of candidates meeting search criteria.

  5. Services provided for 30 day period from receipt of payment.
