In 2011 HR Pilots launched My Job Search Pilot, a modern career transition service designed to help job seekers navigate, organize and speed their job search.

Kathy is known for her keen ability to understand client business goals and develop solutions that achieve results and provide lasting value. Kathy envisioned HR Pilots' business model, a collective of experts working together to deliver solutions that address universal workplace issues, over 15 years ago. "In my career, I worked with some of the best HR and recruiting pro's in the business. We've built lasing relationships and I always thought how great it would be to work with them, and now I do." Kathy's career spans 25+ years of notable experience and hands on solutions delivery in recruitment advertising, marketing, branding, talent systems, recruit process outsourcing and talent acquisition strategy consulting. Kathy is proud to lead HR Pilots growth and the development of lasting value for clients, solutions partners and senior consultants.
